examplesasmentionedabove.Inthiscase,thesuccessionofzeroscanberepresented
by"pacing",asprovidedintherelevantstandard.
Thatistosay,theaddress2000:0:0:0:0:0:0:1canbeexpressedas2000::1,ofwhichthe
twocolonsmeanthattheaddresscanbeextendedtoacomplete128-bitaddress.Inthis
method,onlywhenthe16-bitgroupisall-zero,canitbesubstitutedbytwocolons,which
canonlybeusedonceintheaddress.
