Network Status
26.1 Overview
Use the Network Status screens to look at network Network Status and statistics of the WAN and
LAN interfaces.
26.1.1 What You Can Do in this Chapter
•Use the WAN screen to view the WAN traffic statistics (Section 26.2 on page 308).
•Use the LAN screen to view the LAN traffic statistics (Section 26.3 on page 309).
•Use the DHCP Client screen to view the DHCP Client list (Section 26.4 on page 309).
26.2 The WAN Status Screen
Click System Monitor > Network Status to open the WAN screen. The figure in this screen
shows the number of bytes received and sent on the SBG3500-N Series.

The following table describes the fields in this screen.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Connected Interface This shows the name of the WAN interface that is currently connected.
Packets Sent
Data This indicates the number of transmitted packets on this interface.
Error This indicates the number of frames with errors transmitted on this interface.
Drop This indicates the number of outgoing packets dropped on this interface.
Packets Received
Data This indicates the number of received packets on this interface.
