5. Determine the type of adapter that you have.
Use Table 1-1 and Figure 1-1 to identify the type of
adapter (ISA or EISA) and the type of network
connector you have. You will need this information
later in the installation. Refer to the section
“Changing Software Option Settings” in Chapter 2
for information on changing the Transceiver Type
software option.
