Connecting to the External Transceiver
If you are connecting an external transceiver, make sure
that the Transceiver Type option in the Configure Adapter
dialog box is set to External. Refer to the section
“Changing Software Option Settings” in Chapter 2 for
information on changing the Transceiver Type software
option. Appendix B lists the pin assignments for the AUI
(attachment unit interface) connector.
