Step 1 : Initialization
For each new job preparation, the printer must be initialized at rst. The initialization step is performed automatically:
1. Click on the automatic cycle launch button (1).
2. When automatic cycle completed, click on Next (2) to go to the next step.

Step 2 : Unloading plate
NOTE: If there is no sintering plate to unload, the step 2
is not to be performed. In this case, conrm the pop-up
message to go directly to the next step.
This step includes both manual and automatic actions, divided in 4 sections :
A. Plate cleaning (including the recycling and unloading plate cycles)
B. Carriage cleaning and unloading plate
C. Gas diffuser cleaning
D. Chamber cleaning
During the step 2:
1. Perform the actions (1) by using the available
commands (2) and the external controls panel.
Consult the section "Unloading a plate" on page
64 for details.
2. Click on the automatic cycle launch button (3) when
requested.
3. When the 4 sections are complet, the next step will
be enabled. Click on Next (4).
