Machine Status menu
This menu displays a global view of the status of the
printer. It consists of 4 parts.

PREPARATION
Summary of operations of machine preparation,
• Green light = process complete
• No light = process not complete

HARDWARE
Status of components (Green light = OK, Red light =
fault)
• Supply : indicates the status of various power supplies of the machine: compressed air supply, gas supply, and
power supply,
• Oxygen sensor: indicates the status of the oxygen sensor (low/high alarm),
• Safety : includes all the safety of the machine and interlocks states (open, locked) that can block a movement or a
manufacturing start,
• Laser : indicates the type of laser, and its state,
• Scanner head : state of the thermo-couples, and the temperature values,
• Axes : indicates the state of the 2 drivers, of the 4 motors, and the corresponding error code.

FILTERS TIMERS
This area indicates the following information (in this order) for the Lens Cleaner lter, Recycling lter and Vacuum lter:
• Status of the lter operating hours:
• Green light: operating hours < 90% of the recommanded lter replacement
• Orange light (caution): operating hours > 90% and < 100% of the recommanded lter replacement
• Red light (warning): operating hours > 100% of the recommanded lter replacement
• Value of the current operating hours
Each timer can be reset by clicking on the "Reset" corresponding button, to be done after lter replacement.

WARNING TOOLTIP (encircled number)
Displayed only if one of the followings occures. It indicates the number of:
• orange lights activated of the lter timers: the corresponding number is displayed with orange background.
• red lights activated of the lter timers or any sensor fault: the corresponding total number is displayed with red back-
ground.
If both colors occur, the red one is only displayed.
If none of them occur, the tooltip is not displayed.
