When validate, the remaining time before the start will be displayed:
The manufacturing will start at the end of the specied time and if the current oxygen value is under the “Oxygen limit
value to produce” setting. If not, the start of the manufacturing will be aborted and a windows error will appear :
Manufacturing launch warnings
After clicking on the
button, if there are some warnings, the "Manufacturing
launch warnings" message will appear:
This is a warning information to indicate:
• Lens cleaner lter timer compared to the recommended interval replacement,
• Current oxygen value compared to the “Oxygen limit value to produce” setting,
• Scanner head sensor state.
• Base plate clamping state.
Fix them before continuing.
Click on Validate to launch the building process, on Delay to use the delay start function, or Quit to cancel.
To overcome O2 level variation around the fume safety setting, the job will start only if the O2 level is
lower than 90% of the fume safety setting.
Interrupt a job
During the manufacturing, it is possible to interrupt the job by clicking the pause button
. When activated, the printer
will nish the current layer, and the Cycle interruption message will be displayed. Click on to continue the job, or on to
completely stop the manufacturing.
