8.3 Calibration
To maintain the measurement accuracy of this instrument, perform calibration at least once a year; warranty
period.
8.3.1 Preparing for Calibration
1. Power supply
Use an AC power supply in a voltage range listed in Table 3-4 and frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
2. Environment
Perform calibration in following conditions.
Temperature: +23 3C
Humidity: 70% or less
An area free from dust, vibration, wind, and noise
3. Warm-up time
Perform calibration after allowing a warm up time of 60 minutes or more.
Sufficient warm-up time is also required for the instrument used for calibration.
