**REMOVE POWER BEFORE PERFORMING ANY SERVICE**

Cause
Reason
Remedy
Air entering pumping systems.
Hoses not securely tightened.
Tighten clamps and check for air and liquid leaks.
Nozzle diameter too large.
Surface tension of liquid too low.
Use smaller nozzle, but speed of filling may have
to be reduced to avoid splashing.
Difficult liquid.
Liquid too viscous
Warm liquid.
Use overhead hopper.
Nozzle stem plunger not moving
fast enough.
Air hoses not attached to air
cylinders.
Attach the air hoses from the AESFill AF1 to the Air
Cylinder.
Adjust air pressure to the AESFill AF1.
Air pressure too low.
Fill volume not increasing
Encoder out of adjustment.
Check gap between sensor and encoder gear on
the back of the motor inside the cabinet. It should
be set to 0.020 inches.
Inconsistent Fill Volume
Seals, Gears and/or Bushings have
too much wear.
Replace the seals first and see if it fixes the
problem.
Replace the gears and see if these fix the problem.
Replace the Bushings and see if it fixes the
problem.
