**REMOVE POWER BEFORE PERFORMING ANY SERVICE**

Cause
Reason
Remedy
Air entering pumping systems.
Hoses not securely tightened.
 Tighten clamps and check for air and liquid leaks.
Nozzle diameter too large.
Surface tension of liquid too low.
 Use smaller nozzle, but speed of filling may have
to be reduced to avoid splashing.
Difficult liquid.
Liquid too viscous
 Warm liquid.
 Use overhead hopper.
Nozzle stem plunger not moving
fast enough.
Air hoses not attached to air
cylinders.
 Attach the air hoses from the AESFill AF1 to the Air
Cylinder.
 Adjust air pressure to the AESFill AF1.
Air pressure too low.
Fill volume not increasing
Encoder out of adjustment.
 Check gap between sensor and encoder gear on
the back of the motor inside the cabinet. It should
be set to 0.020 inches.
Inconsistent Fill Volume
Seals, Gears and/or Bushings have
too much wear.
 Replace the seals first and see if it fixes the
problem.
 Replace the gears and see if these fix the problem.
 Replace the Bushings and see if it fixes the
problem.
