OpenConnection
The OpenConnection service does one of the following:
• For TCP, opens a TCP connection with the specified destination
address.
• For UDP, associates a destination IP address and port number with
the specified socket.

To call this service, click "Setup Screen" in the MSG instruction and enter
the values displayed below.
