4.9 Necessary tractor equipment
For the machine to be operated as intended, the tractor must fulfil the
following requirements:
Tractor engine power
DMC 6000-2 2C
from 133 kW (180 bhp) upwards
Electrical system
Battery voltage:
• 12 V (volts)
Lighting socket:
• 7 pin
Hydraulic system
Maximum operating pressure:
• 210 bar
Tractor pump capacity:
• At least 80 l/min at 170 bar for the fan drive
• At least 50 l/min at 170 bar for the on-board hydraulic system
Machine hydraulic fluid:
• HLP68 DIN 51524
The machine hydraulic fluid is suitable for the combined hydrau
lic fluid
circuits of all standard makes of tractor.
Tractor control units
• At least 1 double-acting and 1 single-acting tractor control unit
• Maximum 3 double-acting tractor control units and one free re-
turn flow
Universal joint shaft
Required speed:
• 1000 rpm
Direction of rotation:
• Clockwise, viewed from the rear towards the tractor.
Operational brake system
Dual circuit service brake sys-
tem:
• 1 hose coupling (red) for the supply line
• 1 hose coupling (yellow) for the brake line
Hydraulic brake system:
• 1 hydraulic coupling, conforms to ISO 5676
4.10 Noise production data
The workplace-related emission value (acoustic pressure level) is 74
dB(A), measured in operating condition at the ear of the tractor driver
with the cabin closed.
Measuring unit: OPTAC SLM 5.
The noise level is primarily dependent on the vehicle used.
