8.2.2 Setting the spread rate according to the setting chart
Take the slider position directly from the setting chart, taking the fol-
lowing into account:
• The type of fertiliser to be spread.
• Working width [m].
• Working speed [km/h].
• Desired spread rate [kg/ha].
WARNING
The settings listed in the setting chart are intended solely as
guide numbers, as the spreading properties of the kinds of ferti-
liser can change, making it necessary to adjust the spread rates
to be set. Therefore, we recommend carrying out a spread rate
check before spreading begins.
