Recovering from an Interruption
Archive operations can be interrupted by any of the following:
• A power failure.
• An error during an archive operation.
• Turning off system power without following the shutdown
procedure (see Shutdown).
• Pressing the Reset button on the front panel.
• Pressing the Eject button on the tape drive.
• Rebooting the unit after a system error.
7. When the tape is full, the unit displays the following screen:
a. After the unit ejects the tape, label it as indicated on
this screen.
b. Insert a new tape.
c. After the tape drive lights stop blinking, click Next.
The unit checks the new tape and continues the
backup.
