Sample ow rate too high or too low.
Corrective Action:
Check the Inlet and Outlet pressure. Call AMETEK Service if the problem persists.
Battery Low*
Battery needs to be replaced.
Corrective Action:
Call AMETEK Service.
Reference Gas*
Analyzer detected problem with Reference gas.
Corrective Action:
Check and/or replace the Dryer. Call AMETEK Service if the problem persists.
Enclosure Temperature
Excessive internal temperature.
Corrective Action:
External temperature should be 50 °C or less. Call AMETEK Service.
Moisture Generator, Date N/A
Moisture generator date has expired.
Corrective Action:
Replace the Moisture Generator.
Dryer Alarm
Dryer failure Imminent.
Corrective Action:
Replace the Dryer.
Reading Alarm
Moisture concentration is out of user dened limits, or analyzer is Oine verifying, or pressure
is outside of range for dewpoint calculations.
Corrective Action:
Review alarm settings and use the Congurator Software to identify source of error.
Data Valid contact opens on all alarms and stays closed during
normal functions and readings. An open Data Valid contact indicates
Verication is in process or an alarm condition.
