Applying and Cleaning off Samples
Applying samples
1. Clean the prism and sample
stage thoroughly.
2. Apply just enough
sample/purified water to
cover the prism surface
evenly.
* The recommended amount of
sample is 0.1ml or more.
Cleaning off samples
1. Apply water (ethyl alcohol or
diluted alkaline detergent) to
a cleaning tissue.
2. Wipe the prism surface and
sample stage clean of any
sample residue.
3. Dry the prism off with tissue
paper.
※
Wipe thoroughly with water and a
tissue after cleaning to make sure
that no alkaline detergent is left
on the prism area.
