8 Managing Calls on 2+ Phones with a
Delegated Line, Using Sidecars
Note: Applies to the 440HD phone only. Consult the enterprise network administrator in order
to set up the feature. For setup information, see the Administrator's Manual.
This feature allows configuring two or more phones with the same phone number so that each
user in the pool can see, monitor and/or handle incoming calls using the phone's integrated
sidecar.
Using the feature, employees may be able to handle calls more effectively and efficiently,
enhancing both user and the customer experience.
The screenshots below illustrate how the feature works.
