14.5 SBA to SBC SIP Options is not Responding
In case you don’t see any response from SBA to SBC SIP Options, make sure that the SBC
was added to Teams.
14.6 Collect Required Information to Report an Issue
Collect the following information for AudioCodes technical support regarding the
troubleshooting of issues:
Detailed description of the scenario
Date & Time in UTC time zone for when the issue happened
Traces files from Microsoft Teams immediate after a repro of the issue
SBC traces corresponding to the client-side traces

14.7 One way Voice
Check that the ICE Mode is set to Lite d for the SBA profile IP Profile on the SBC
configuration.
14.8 LMO (Local Media Optimization) is not Working
SBA SBC should be connected on one leg with the Proxy; the outbound leg; should be
connected to the main site SBC (the Proxy Set that is paired as the Microsoft Teams Direct
Routing interface) and not paired with the Teams SIP HUB.
