6 Push the tabs on the ends of the connector inward to lock the connector in place.
7 Thread the ribbon through the slot on the front panel. See Figure 5, Duplex Reliability Ribbon
Cable Connection, on page 60. (Standard reliability is referred to as duplex reliability in the
S8700 or S8710 Multi-Connect configuration because of the two media servers.)
8 Insert the TN775D maintenance circuit pack part way into the MAINTENANCE slot.
9 Attach the other end of the short ribbon cable to the top connector on the component side of the
TN775D circuit pack (red line on the bottom). See Figure 5, Duplex Reliability Ribbon Cable
Connection, on page 60.
