Verifying IPSI connectivity
1 Under Diagnostics, click Ping.
2 Select “IPSIs with cab number (1–99) ___ carrier number ___.“ Fill in the blanks with the correct
cabinet and carrier numbers.
3 Click Execute Ping.
4 Verify that the endpoints respond correctly.
Enabling control of IPSI(s)
NOTE:
Make sure the IPSI(s) have the same, current firmware.
CAUTION:
This is the step that allows the media server to take control of the IPSI-controlled port
network(s).
1 Type change system-parameters ipserver-interface and press Enter.
