Sets frequency value

4.8.4. CTMPV
This command selects the active color temperature: Full White, 5300K, 6500K, 9300K,
Clear Base, Blue Base, User or any of the adjustable values. Certain values such as
5300K, 6500K and 9300K can be selected by 2 different values to remain compatible
with previous versions of firmware that do not have extended color values.
