This command restores the factory settings of the display. Warning all user settings will
be deleted and display will restart.

4.9.1. ENI
This command enables and disables inputs for the display. Only enabled inputs can be
selected with the source scan, quick input select, GPIO switch or in the OSD input
selection menu.
