Alignment by switching on two beams:
LTL>alloff
LTL>0 3900 sfreq
LTL>23 2100 sfreq
LTL>0 4095 samp
LTL>23 4095 samp
Align angle and height of AOM for maximum intensity for deflected
beams.
Connect diode to multimeter and measure intensities of the modulated
beams.
Put two beams at freq 2300, amp 4095
For each beam you should obtain an intensity of at least 10 µA
AC. Also check if the intensity variation is not too high (e.g.
difference in intensity of beams less than 3 µA AC).
