Lens L3 (CYLINDRICAL lens F83)
Check if the beams remains perpendicular after lens F83. Beams must go
almost through center of lens.
Order Blocker 1
The "Order blocker assy 1" prevents the unmodulated beams from going
through the optics path.
Check the position of the "order blocker knife" for the complete
frequency range.
1. Set all even beams on freq = 3900:
LTL>12 DO DUP 2 * 2 - 3900 SFREQ LOOP
2. Set all odd beams on freq = 2100:
LTL>12 DO DUP 2 * 1 - 2100 SFREQ LOOP
3. Set all beams on max amplitude:
LTL>24 DO DUP 1 - 4095 SAMP LOOP
Important
A careful adjustment of the "Order blocker assy 2" is important to reduce
the rest light.
After alignment of the "order blocker knife" position, the part where the knife is mounted
on (G233070) must be fixed with the screws at the left and right sides.
Mirrors M3 and M4
1. The deflected beams must follow the centered line.
2. Position the beams in the center with M3 at position just after M4.
3. Position the beams in the center with M4 at position just before M5.
Lens L4 (Cylindrical lens F200)
Check whether the beams remain perpendicular after lens F200.
Mirror M5
Align M5 so that the beams follow the centered line (beams in center at
Abbe König prism and focus lens). If the alignment is not possible only
with M5, try to align with M3, M4 and M5 but check that the beams still
go through the center of F200.
Order Blocker 2
For reducing the restlight.
