CHAPTER 2: RATINGS
1. SUPPLY VOLTAGES
A. The Barfield DPS1000 Pitot Static Test Set may be powered from either 100 to 120 VAC
@ 50 or 60 Hz, 400 VA, or from 200 to 240 VAC @ 50 or 60 Hz, 400 VA.
2. CONNECTION DESCRIPTION
A. Power Entry - the power entry module pictured in Figure 4 is a connector Style IEC 320-
C14 module with an Illuminated ON/OFF Switch and equipped with an internal fuse
holder.

B. The tester must be connected to the correct electrical power supply as stated beneath
the power connector.
CAUTION: The supply must provide connection to a protective ground terminal. The
unit must always be connected to the supply ground.
3. ENVIRONMENTAL
A. Altitude: 7,000 ft (2,134 m)
B. Operating Temp: 0°C to 50°C (32°F to 122°F)
C. Storage Temp: -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F)
D. Operating Humidity: 0 to 90% RH (non-condensing)
