Allows user to edit custom limit profile(s).
Note: The user cannot edit the two pre-defined (1) default and (2) max limit
profiles.

c) Delete Custom Limits
Allows user to delete custom limit profile(s)
Note: Before deleting a user-created “custom limit profile”, the user needs to
ensure that it is not selected at the time of deletion. The user has to select a
different limit (“default” for example), in order to delete the “custom limit profile”
created.
