5. Incomplete Backup (’BACKUPSET NAME’) : Unlike the error email, these indicate a backup that did not
complete. It may have been interrupted by the user, or it may be that there is no more free disk space on the
Beemo appliance, or that the machine concer ned may no longer be reached.
REMARK : In the case of a non-voluntary backup interruption, and if the phenomenon
repeats itself, you are advised to contact the Beemo Technologie technical department in
order to restore the backup process as soon as possible.
6. ’MACHINE NAME’ cannot be backed up : Unreachable machine : the Beemo appliance cannot communi-
cate with the machine it has to back up on the local area network. Make sure that the backup client is in working
order on the client machine and that your network settings are correct.
7. Package exceeded : You have exceeded the contract subscribed with Beemo Technologie. The email alert
reminds you of your contract and the amount in relation to the said contract.
REMARK : Contracts subscribed with Beemo Technologie only concern data. Local ba-
ckups on the
Beemo appliance are not billed.
8. Virus Detected ’MACHINE NAME’ : Reports possible detection of viruses on files backed up by the Beemo
appliance
, as well as the status of infected files (i.e., if it was possible to disinfect them or not).
NOTE : Infected files that could not be disinfected by the antivirus software present in the
Data Safe Restore solution will not be backed up.

REMARK : You will notice the presence of the backup status coloured matrix which gives
you an immediate idea of the magnitude of the problem encountered. For more information,
