The back cylinders are in parallel. The leg
cylinders are in series and have an additional
compensation valve which allows the left and
right cylinders to remain synchronized. To
synchronize the leg cylinders. Turn the table
OFF at the power switch. Press the LEG UP
and LEVEL buttons on the hand pendant and
turn the table ON at the power switch
The kidney cylinders are in series. The left and
right kidney cylinders are also different. The
left kidney cylinder is larger than the right
kidney cylinder. The strokes are identical. The
kidney sensor is an optical switch mounted on
the left side of the table.
BERCHTOLD recommends that the table top
cylinders not be replaced by the end user
because of the risk of contamination entering the
hydraulic system.
