Using Hollow Plugs and Washers to Secure
Hydraulic Lines
The 10mm Hollow plugs have a 14mm hex
head.
The 8mm Hollow Plugs have a 12mm hex head.
A Washer must be placed between any 2
surfaces. A single length hollow plug requires 2
washers, and double length requires 3 washers.

Hollow Plug Torque Specifications
CAUTION
CAUTION – Do not over tighten the
hollow plugs. Over tightening can
cause the seals to deform and leak.
Hollow plugs must be torqued to the settings
specified (± 10%) in Table 4-1. Be careful not
to over torque the fittings
.
