Changing the direction of travel
The direction of travel should only be changed when the machine is at a
standstill or traveling at a slow speed, so as to avoid jerky movements of
the machine.
DANGER! Risk of accident when reversing!
When reversing, the field of vision can be restricted by reduced visi‐
bility to such an extent that persons could be overlooked and run
over.
n The machine operator has to make sure that no persons are in
the danger area.
n If necessary, have the banksman marshal you.
n If available, use the optional equipment such as reversing
warning sound and reversing camera.
n Briefly honk your horn prior to reversing.
