I/O Config.
Define the inputs and outputs separately for each product. These
parameter settings are valid for calibration and measurement.
Product Select
No. 1 ... 10
Select the product number for which this parameter setting is to be
valid.
Current output :
Select the start value 0 or 4 mA of the current output signals
(26a/26c).
Curr. Outp limits (26a/26c):
0/4 mA: lower limit value in t/h (kg/h)
20 mA: Upper limit value in t/h (kg/h)
Curr. Outp Error:
Fault current: HOLD or VALUE:
You can select if the last measured value should be held in case an
error is detected ("HOLD"), or if an arbitrarily selected value be-
tween 0 and 22 mA should be set. The requested value has to be
entered after selecting "VALUE".
Digital Input
o Digital Input 1
Define the configuration of digital input 1 (terminal 18a and 18c).
Up to three different functions can be assigned to the input.
- Belt stop
With closed contact the measurement is stopped and the last
measured values is held. This function can be used only at con-
stant belt speed.
- Erase mass integrator
If the input is short-circuited, the mass integrator is reset to 0 t.
- Batch mode
Start of an external batch measurement. Relay 3 must also be set
as Batch Ready.
Start
The measurement starts when the contact is closed. The mass
counter starts at 0 t. Contact of relay 3 is open.
Stop
The measurement stops as soon as the specified batch weight is
reached. Contact of relay 3 is closed. The batch weight obtained is
held until the next start.
