Section 6 Evaluation Unit LB 442

Hysteresis
(Only with setting Min / Max at digital output 3)
Enter the hysteresis in the selected unit. A switch-over of the relay
is triggered only when the change of the measured value is greater
than the entered value. Depending on the setting as Max. or Min.
function, the relay is de-energized (circuit opening connection)
when the selected value is exceeded or not reached. If the dis-
played value drops again, the relay picks up again, delayed by the
value of the selected hysteresis. The switching hysteresis should
be about 5%.

Batch weight
(Only with setting of Batch mode at digital input 1 and Batch
Ready at digital output 3)
Value:
Enter the batch weight in the selected unit (t or kg). During batch
measurement you will get a signal when the batch weight entered
here is reached. The measurement stops.
Ext. mass counter:
o Tons per pulse
A pulse is output as soon as the tonnage defined has been
reached. The following tonnage values can be set:
Off - 0.01t - 0.1t – 1t – 10t
Example:
With setting 1 t, a pulse is output after each integrated tonnage.
The pulse length can be changed in the Service menu and is set to
50 ms as standard value. If Off is selected, no pulse is output.
