Connect the 9 pin cable supplied with the turn table to the connector at the connecting
panel at the upper position inside the dark box. Make sure the cable is not blocking the
table or gets sqeezed by the retractable base plate. Remove the dummy plug and keep
it in a save place. When not using the 9 pin connector, the dummy plug must be present
Switch on the NightSHADE to initialize the turn table
Before removing the turntable make sure the instrument is switched off.
The sample changer feature must be activated in the indiGO service backend in order
to control the turn table
The position of the turn table is defined by the number of the sampleID. 001 represents
the sample position 1, 006 moves the turntable to position 6. 007 will use position 1
again.
If further movement of the table is required a different position can be selected using a
control sequence (see. Chapter 4.2.4)
