Problem Cause Action
1. The pump does not start − No water
− Overheating due to high temperature
− Voltage too low or too high
− Check the water supply
− Add cold water <95 °F (35 °C)
− Check the supply voltage
2. The pump operates continuously − Pipes leaking
− One-way inlet valve is jammed or leaking
− Repair leaking
− Clean check valve or install a new one.
Check the filter
3. Pump stops during operation − Dry running
− Overheating due to high water temperature
− Voltage too low or too high
− Check the water supply
− Add cold water <95 °F (35 °C)
− Supply a proper voltage
