2. Data Index
After dictionary function is accessed, the index screen of all entries will appear
first. In this screen, you can press / for search or input words to search
explanations.
* Preview window can be opened or closed.
* In English index screen: directly input English word to search.
* In Chinese index screen: select an input method to input Chinese character.
* Make sure the corresponding functions are available in the current dictionary
when using the selected input methods.
* Tap or select appropriate keys to execute corresponding functions.
* Tap or press to display the explanation of the selected character (word).
* Tap or press to return to the main menu.
2.1 Index Screen
Take English-Chinese Dictionary, Chinese Dictionary, Oxford Advanced Learner’s
Dictionary, Chinese-English Dictionary, and E-C-J-K Dictionary for example:
In the index screen:
Tap / to open/close preview window.
Tap or press to display the input method menu.
Tap to open handwriting input method.
