Activated charcoal filter

Tilt the activated charcoal filter towards you slightly
and insert it through the inlet opening.
u
Guide the left end of the filter into the opening in the
filter housing.

Push the activated charcoal filter into the filter
housing until it will go no further (to do this, you can
place one finger between the slats and gradually
push the filter into the housing).

The end position of the activated charcoal filter is
reached when the filter has been fully pushed inside
the filter housing.

Inside the inlet opening push the filter replacement
cover until it comes to a stop in the filter housing
opening.

Check that the filter replacement cover is positioned
correctly.

Connecting the power
supply

Observe all safety and warning information
(see"2Safety").
Assembly, installation and commissioning must
always occur in line with national laws,
regulations and standards. The work must be
performed by qualified specialists who know
and comply with the additional regulations of
the local energy supply companies.
Connections via plug-in contacts (Schuko plugs)
are not permitted.
1-phase connection. The appliance complies
with the requirements of IEC 61000-3-12.

Switch off the main switch/automatic circuit breaker
before connecting the cooktop.

Secure the main switch/automatic circuit breaker
against being switched back on without permission.

Make sure the power to the appliance is
disconnected.

Connect the cooktop exclusively via a fixed
connection to an H 05 VV-F power supply cable with
corresponding minimum cross-section.
