Operation Instructions
7. Once the cow has been milked and the milking unit has
been removed, insure that the hoses are not kinked or
pulled off the milking unit.
When each cow nishes milking, events occur in the following
sequence:
1. The 5 digit LED display shows the milking time and pro-
duction. The LCD will show production to .01 pound incre-
ments.
2. The shutoff valve closes.
3. The cylinder retracts, pulling on the chain (or cord), which
detaches the claw.
4. The LED Status Indicators will turn white for a normal De-
tach or ashing red if an error has occurred.
4.3.2 Wash
If using dedicated switches to place the controls into the Milk
or Wash modes utilize the following procedure:
After the milking has nished put the detachers in Wash mode
by pressing the Wash switch for a minimum of two and a half
seconds. Once the detachers are in the Wash mode the indica-
tor at each stall will ash three times with a long delay between
ashes. This pattern will repeat until the detacher is placed into
Milk mode. Place the milking units in the jetter cups.
After washing has nished, the Milk switch can be pressed for a
minimum of two and a half seconds to place the detacher into
milking position.
