Sharp edges and pointed corners
Risk of injury from sharp edges and pointed corners!
Sharp edges and pointed corners can cause abrasions and cuts to the skin.
– Perform work carefully in the vicinity of sharp edges and pointed
corners.
– Wear the protective gloves.
Application area
Risk of injury when working on steep slopes/in marshlands.
When working on steep slopes or using the machine in marshlands, there
are various dangers, e.g. tipping of the machine.
– Take care not to exceed the permissible slope inclination.
– Only work on dry ground that offers good traction.
– Always observe the information in chapter Working zones and danger
zones [}26].
Hot surfaces
Some components may become hot during operation. There is a risk of
burns if contact is made with hot surfaces.
– Take into account the pictograms on the components.
– Before working on the machine, (e.g. maintenance work), make sure
that components have cooled to ambient temperature.
– Wear protective gloves if necessary.
