3.4.1 Beam Stop
The beam stop blocks any X-rays from striking
the face of the detector at low incident angles.
The beam stop has three directions of move-
ment.
1. Selects an adapter for the beam height
(default height is 150 mm).
2. Adjusts beam stop for 401, 435 and
500 mm circles.
3. Adjusts beam stop up and down (height).
4. Adjusts beam stop tilt.
