To replace the tire sealant canister,
do the following:
1. Remove the tire sealant and
compressor kit from the
vehicle.
See the following, earlier in
this section, for more
information:
- Removing the Tire Sealant
and Compressor Kit
2. Unwrap the hose from the
compressor and tire sealant
canister.
- Compressor kits equipped
with a selector switch:
Unwrap the clear sealant
filling hose from the
compressor.
The yellow sealant canister
release button is now visible.
- Compressor kits not
equipped with a selector
switch:
Pull the lever up to unlock the
air compressor inflator hose
from the sealant canister.
Unwrap the air compressor
inflator hose from the sealant
canister.
Unwrap the sealant filling
hose from the compressor.
