Caution During Installation
CAUTION:
Be sure to lift it atly.
After unpacking the reader unit, do not dispose of the package but put the reader unit on the center of the package box to perform the operation.
Do not put the reader unit on the oor directly, as it might cause frame deformation. Put the reader unit on the top of the packaging box, be careful not to get your ngers caught.
NOTE:
When installing the USB Device Port unit at the same time, perform it after step 18).
The installation of the USB Device Port unit refers to its installation procedure manual.
Turning OFF the Host Machine Power
CAUTION:
Before installing the reader unit, be sure to perform the following steps.
1) Turn OFF the main power switch of the host machine.
2) Make sure that the the Main Power Lamp is turned OFF, and disconnect the outlet.
