Cause
Cause of following may have occurred failure of sending mail.
• File size of scanned data is too large.
• Printer's memory is full.
What to Do
Tap OK on the touch screen of the printer.
Take the corresponding actions below.
• Lower the resolution and retry to scanning.
• Reduce the documents and retry to scanning.
If the error is not resolved, take the corresponding actions below.

Check the maximum attachment file size for sending the scanned data.
You can set the maximum attachment file size with Remote UI.
