Remove the transmission case plug.
Transmission case plug and gasket removed.
Spread ears on output shaft rear bearing retaining
ring. Hold snap ring open. Tap on the output shaft
and transmission case to remove the case from the
converter housing.
Lift transmission case from converter housing (using
lifting bracket).
Transmission case removed all drums and shafts re-
main in converter housing.
