128 SECTION 25 - FRONT AXLES
Remove the ring nut (10) and collect its washer (9).
Tap with a soft hammer to extract the pinion (1).
SWARNING
Take care not to lower the pinion (1).
Collect the washers (4) and (6), the spacer (5) and
the bearing (8).
Place the differential carrier (7) on a flat surface and
remove the bearing cups (3) and (8) using a drift and
a hammer.
To remove the bearing (3) of the pinion (1), use an
extractor.
Collect the bearing (3) and the shim (2).
