DISASSEMBLE REAR PUMP
Remove the screws (36).
Remove the rear pump assembly (18).
IMPORTANT: prior to disassembly and to ensure
correct reassembly identify the position of each
bearing block in the pump body as described below.
Scribe an identifying letter “A” and “B”, “C” and “D”
on the pump housing and in the channel of each
bearing block.
NOTE: orientation of bearing block seals relative to
oil port.
If scribe is not available take care to keep bearing
blocks in pairs.
Disassemble the gears (24), the seals (33), the elas-
tic retainers (22) and the bearings (23). Wash all
components in approved degreasant.
