(B) Belt wear check mark (fixed on engine)
(C) Zero wear mark
(D) Maximum wear mark
This marking system permits checking of the belt wear; if the marks (D) and (B) coincide, it implies
that the belt requires replacing.
Tighten the screw (1) to 4,5 ± 0,4 m.daN.
Removing.
Remove:
- The front RH wheel.
- The front RH splash-shield.
- The under-engine shield.
IMPERATIVE: Mark the direction of rotation of the belt if to be re-used.
