Setting up the baler
Discharging bales without the bale discharge unit
Only for ROLLANT 240/250/254/255 with standard
controls:
To discharge the bales without the bale discharge
ramp, i.e. with the ramp dismounted, the limit switch
(E) must be mounted on the upper bracket (H).
Procedure:
1. Remove the rod to the limit switch.
2. Mount the limit switch on the upper bracket.
3. Remove the cable together with its shroud from
the terminal and move it upwards.
4. Connect the cable to the limit switch.
5. Perform a function test. The warning system
(signal buzzer and control light) must indicate that
the tailgate is open.
