7) Confirm that correct voltage and correct feeder wire size has been used. NOTE: This is
to be a dedicated circuit.
The lift must be installed on a firm and stable foundation, such as a poured concrete base
(minimum 4" thick) or a concrete driveway. Never install the lift on patio stones, concrete
blocks or on an asphalt driveway. These surfaces do not provide a safe, stable foundation for
the lift.
B. WHEN YOU (THE DEALER) RECEIVE THE LIFT
hen the lift is received, the CONCORD DEALER should check for freight damage. Claims for any
age must be made to the carrier and Concord immediately. If there is visible damage to the unit
upon delivery, do not accept the shipment without recording such damage on the Shipping/Receiving
Documents.
Make sure that the hardware box contains all of the items listed on the packing list included with the
shipment.
Report any missing items immediately to Concord.

C. PRE-INSTALLATION CHECK
1) We strongly recommend that you immediately conduct a check when you receive
shipment to verify contents for damaged or missing parts. Uncrate all boxes and spread
out the parts. Carefully must report to your carrier
and Concord immediately. Also, carefully check for missing materials/parts against our
shipping list.
