L.E.D. DESCRIPTION/FUNCTION
RDC
REDUNDANCY CHECKING CIRCUIT LED is lit (yellow) when one of the
motor relays contacts has fused ON. This relay will prevent the lift from oper
main
ating
until the problem is corrected.
ET/NIT
ENTRY TIMER/NON INTERFERENCE TIMER LED is ON whenever the key is ON
in the platform or when a direction button is being pressed and held.
LVC
ed DC voltage
is more than 20-22. When the voltage drops below 20, the LVC relay and LED go off
LOW VOLTAGE CUTOFF LED is green and ON whenever the regulat
and disconnect the battery.
DC
DOORS CLOSED LED is ON when all the landing doors are closed.
UDA
UP DOWN AUXILLARY LED is ON when there is any up or down call present, it de-
energizes the door locks.
TD
TIME DELAY LED is ON for a few seconds to prevent anyone from rapidly changing
direction of the drive motor.
RALM
REMOTE ALARM LED is ON when the alarm button in the cab is being pushed, it
closes a contact between T29.1 and T29.2 to activate a remote alarm (by others).
IN U
is on, or the lift
is running.
SE
IN USE LED is ON indicating the door is open, or alarm is on, or key
DZ
DOOR ZONE LED is ON when the lift is at a floor and power is supplied to the door
locks.
PA
PILOT AUXILLARY LED is ON when either an up or down pilot and DCL are on.
UP
UP PILOT LED is ON when an UP direction button is being pressed and held.
DP
DOWN PILOT LED is ON when a DOWN direction button is being pressed and held.
DCL
DOORS CLOSED AND LOCKED LED is ON when a direction button is pressed and
held and all doors have been closed and locked.
P
PILOT RELAY LED is ON to indicate the 115 V power relays have closed allowing
voltage to the motor.
DN
DOWN DIRECTION LED indicates that after a DOWN button is held ON and DP is
lit the direction of the motor will be reversed to lower the lift.
PAL INTERLOCKS
PAL Interlocks are mounted integrally with the door/gate frame and equipped with a positive electrical
contact to indicate that the door/gate is locked.
NOTE
The PAL Lock is a “True Interlock” as defined by Code. Consequently the installation and set-up of the
PAL Lock requires a little more attention than an Electrical Strike.
