Using the table to the left, choose the “A” number
that corresponds to your BRIX setting. Multiply
the “A” number by the syrup minutes reading to
obtain the amount (gallons) of syrup used.
Note: “A” numbers are based upon a
4.4 to 1 water to syrup “ratio”.
