KICK STARTER INSTALLATION
● Install the kick spindle bush, spring in the L. side cover.
● Install the kick starter spindle in the L. side cover.
● Install the kick starter spindle washer.
● Install the 14mm external circlip in the L. side cover.
● Install the kick starter arm.
● Install the kick spindle springn in the groove of the L.
side cover.
● Install the thrust washer.
● Rotate the kick starter spindle using the kick starter
arm, draw the spindle to the L. side cover and assemble
the kick starter ratchet.
NOTE
·When installing the 14mm external circlip, keep
holding the spindle manually and install the circlip in
the groove correctly.
·Apply the grease to the kick starter ratchet groove
and gear.
·Check the kick starter ratchet and the kick starter
spindle for smooth operation after installation.
